Potassium

Potassium is one of the basic minerals needed by the body for its proper functioning. Being an electrolyte it is capable of conducting electricity.

The symptoms of hypokalemia include muscle weakness, intestinal paralysis, fatigue, and cramps, and, which may lead to constipation, bloating, and abdominal pain.

Boron
